Background and Rationale
NAXS has been established to make the Nordic private equity market accessible for a broader public. The objective is to offer exposure towards an alternative and otherwise difficult-to-approach asset class as well as liquidity through the Company's market-introduced shares.
NAXS overall goal is to provide its shareholders with a good return and long-term capital growth. Historically, and seen over a relatively long period of time, Nordic buyout funds have performed on average better than their equivalents in the United States and the rest of Europe, as well as the broad share indexes in the United States and Europe.
