Grace Reksten Skaugen, Chairperson

Grace Reksten Skaugen is currently member of the board of Investor AB (publ), Atlas Copco AB (publ) and Statoil ASA. Her previous engagements include: Argentum Fondinvesteringar AS (consultant), Orkla Enskilda Securities (Director Corporate Finance), Oslo and Fearnley Finance Ltd. (Venture Capital Consultant), London. Mrs. Reksten Skaugen holds a MBA, BI Norwegian School of Management, and a Ph.D. in Laser Physics from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London

Robin Ahlström, Member of the board

Robin Ahlström currently is Chairman of the board of Ahlstrom Oy, and Industrial Advisor to Altor Equity Partners. Mr. Ahlström benefits from more than 30 years of experience of the financial industry and corporate finance. Mr. Ahlström's previous positions include: Managing Director of Alfred Berg/ABN AMRO, Nordic region, Director of Investment Banking/Nordic Region at Goldman Sachs, London, Managing Director of American Scandinavian Bank, New York. Mr. Ahlström holds a Diplomekonom, Hanken, Helsinki, and holds a M.Sc. Econ. from Stanford Business School.

Frans Boch, Member of the board

Frans Boch currently owns and runs an investment company, Edsviken focused on buyouts in the small to medium sized businesses. Frans has worked more than 20 years within corporate finance and private equity in the Nordic market. His previous positions include Director at Aros Securities (today Nordea), Partner with EQT, VP at NetTest when it was owned by the Danish private equity fund Axcel, Finance Manager Radiometer. Frans is current the chairman of Intramedic Holding A/S, Eiva Holding A/S and serves on the board of Mabs Holding AB and Lamiflex International AB as well as on the board of representatives at TryghedsGruppen Smba and he is member of Segulah’s group of industrial advisors. Frans holds a BA from Copenhagen Business School supplemented with various management courses at INSEAD and IMD.
