Björn C. Andersson, Chairman

Björn C. Andersson is a former Executive Vice-President of Handelsbanken, with extensive experience of the financial and asset management industries. Mr. Andersson is, amongst other, Chairman of the board of the SPP Group and member of the review committee of Nordic Capital. Previous engagements include board membership of Atle Investment AB, OM Stockholm AB, Priveq Investment, Stockholm Stock Exchange and VPC AB. Mr. Andersson holds an MBA from the Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh, and is a Licentiate, SSE.

Robin Ahlström, Member of the board

Robin Ahlström currently is Chairman of the board of Ahlstrom Oy, and Industrial Advisor to Altor Equity Partners. Mr. Ahlström benefits from more than 30 years of experience of the financial industry and corporate finance. Mr. Ahlström's previous positions include: Managing Director of Alfred Berg/ABN AMRO, Nordic region, Director of Investment Banking/Nordic Region at Goldman Sachs, London, Managing Director of American Scandinavian Bank, New York. Mr. Ahlström holds a Diplomekonom, Hanken, Helsinki, and holds a M.Sc. Econ. from Stanford Business School.

Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg, Member of the board

Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg currently is Chairperson of the board of Umeå University and VINNOVA (Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems) and member of the board of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Fortum, Sveaskog and Mistra. Mrs. Johansson-Hedberg benefits from a long experience in the Nordic financial industry. She previously was CEO of Swedbank AB (publ) and Lantmännen, Chairperson of the board of Lindex, Deputy Chairperson of the board of the 4:th AP-fund and member of the board of Skandia. Mrs. Johansson-Hedberg holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Lund

Frans Boch, Member of the board

Frans Boch currently owns and runs an investment company, Edsviken focused on buyouts in the small to medium sized businesses. Frans has worked more than 20 years within corporate finance and private equity in the Nordic market. His previous positions include Director at Aros Securities (today Nordea), Partner with EQT, VP at NetTest when it was owned by the Danish private equity fund Axcel, Finance Manager Radiometer. Frans is current the chairman of Intramedic Holding A/S, Eiva Holding A/S and serves on the board of Mabs Holding AB and Lamiflex International AB as well as on the board of representatives at TryghedsGruppen Smba and he is member of Segulah’s group of industrial advisors. Frans holds a BA from Copenhagen Business School supplemented with various management courses at INSEAD and IMD.
