Thomas Åkerman, Partner
Thomas Åkerman has over fifteen years of experience in investment banking and private equity. Prior to co-founding Naccess Partners and NAXS Group, Thomas was head of Corporate Finance for Sweden at Alfred Berg ABN Amro and head of Merger & Acquisition for Sweden at Enskilda Securities. Thomas was also president of Novestra, a venture capital fund listed on the O-list of the Stockholm stock exchange. Thomas holds a B.Sc. (Economics and Mathematics) from the Stockholm and Lund Universities.
Amaury de Poret, Partner
Amaury de Poret has close to ten years of private equity experience, both in legal advisory and management positions. Prior to co-founding Naccess Partners and the NAXS Group, Amaury was an associate in the private equity and mergers & acquisitions practices of leading international law firms (lastly at the Stockholm office of White & Case LLP), and was part of the management team of a private equity fund managed out of Washington DC and São Paulo, Brazil. Amaury holds a LL.B. from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
Per Rinder, Chairman of the board
Per Rinder holds the position of Chairman of the board of Naccess Partners. Mr. Rinder is currently Senior Vice President, Head of Investments, at the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund. Per is responsible for the Sixth Pension Fund's investments in Buyout, Venture Capital and Mixed Equity funds. Per’s board positions include Volvofinans Bank AB, Accent Equity Partners AB, Polaricia AB, Gävle Energi, SeaWare AB and Slottsbacken Fund II 2003 AB. Per is a law graduate, reporting clerk to court of appeal.
