- Valedo is a growth-oriented Swedish private equity fund with an industrial focus. The fund invests in small and mid-sized high quality companies with growth and development potential, where the fund can actively contribute to and accelerate the companies' development.
- The Fund was established in the fall of 2006 by Per Forsberg and Nils Forsberg, who formerly were investment professionals at EQT.
- Investors in Valedo include a number of institutional investors (e.g. Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund and Third Swedish National Pension Fund).
